Everything was asked from CV , in one round they drilled me about Power Electronics which was not an appropiate question for these position , in that same round when spoke about my project when i worked on Siemens they told me that i was wrong !! even though i was correct , in the other round the digital guys we little bit good but they expected me to recall & say every protocol i worked on which was impossible ,every system design of every project ,
In the last round they noticed that i was an 2026 passout , & from my experince they conlcuded that i have some 3-4 experince even though it was mention in my CV that they were all Intern , then they rejected me saying that i need to go in depth to the subject like the expecte me to recall everything i work on past 4 year of my college & all the internship , new graduates are expected to learn then contribute(as done in your interns ) but they want someone to be expert in day one, all my skill in resume were learned by me during intern period i did,nt studied them beforehand
