Pros
Agora is one of the best local software teams. The management is great, and the projects are interesting. If you're a self starter, you'll love the environment and the opportunity to make a difference.
Cons
Agora works in the game industry, and it's hard to get around the fact that the customers are located in different timezones, work different schedules, and tend to follow a waterfall approach. Still, given that game launches typically happen only a few times a year, the trade off is totally worth it if you have any interest in the industry.
