Needs help with training development

I worked as an accounting analyst there just under a year. Family like work atmosphere. Also good work-life balance, typical 8:00-5:00 workday.

It was a good situation until I realized there's not room for growth in the position. Also people expect you to be there a long time as many of them have, this created a disconnect with co-workers and HR. They still haven't paid my final paycheck and what I put into my 401k before it vested, it's been a month and have not heard back at all. All software is outdated, Microsoft Office 2007 and other in house programs for data collection/reporting.
