Good colleagues, variation of tasks

Stressful, quite low salary and hard to level up.

It's a job was good when I started

Pay is low end, we were told it would be reviewed, nothing came of that. It's lost its family feel vibe from when I started. Management are out of touch with the people on the ground. There are all these 'we are listening ' groups but nothing of tangible change to pay, conditions, benefits ever happens.
