Pros
The many unappreciated top rate employees.
Cons
Everyone knows the problem. Nobody likes the problem; although some do pity the problem because the problem suffers from delusion and actually believes he's the solution. Yet the problem only causes problems. When the problem is on holiday there is no problem. Many people have left and continue to leave because of the problem. (The very high staff turnover is the no.1 problem here, which is solely caused by the problem. Most professionals would simply remove the problem.) But those whose job it is to acknowledge problems refuse to acknowledge that the problem is the problem. Despite the fact that everyone knows the problem is the problem. And has always been the problem. And will always be the problem. Until the day someone whose job it is to solve problems actually does their job and solves the problem. But they're all too weak and afraid of their own jobs to cause a problem by acknowledging the problem. Because that would cause additional work and make the problem their problem. And that's the problem.
