Great atmosphere and colleagues - always ready to help but also to have fun. Many opportunities for professional growth. Sliding working hours. Team Leaders are down to earth and easy to talk. Free coffee, fruits, free parking. Working from home is not an issue.
Cons
I would perhaps say that some teams are too small for the amount of work, but this is something that is improving every month and teams are growing.
