Pros
- Good benefits - Salaries are properly paid on date - Some good professionals - Thea idea of the business is good, to make the agro more tech and the platform itself
Cons
- The Management is poor, and the Founder doesnt understand that each region and country requires a different approach. He treats employees literally like numbers and like they treat people in Russia. They believe people should be glad to work in the company and do the impossible for the company, but he doesn't understand that a job is a job, and people are paid to do their job, for people to go beyond their job, people need to trust in the company, and it's not the case. - The company is not transparent on their goals and communication, you might believe the company is doing great when it's not. - The local CEO from Brazil never touched on strategy, he had so much commercial and money-driven mindset that he messed up the company's growth in Brazil. There were many unprofessional decisions, hiring not good people because they were friends, and blaming people for the entire team's mistakes. - The product and tech team itself are not aware of different ways of working around the globe, they have an old mindset when developing the product. They don't understand or even try to understand other countries' strategies to develop and launch a product. The CTO does not have impact on the decisions, the founder decides everything, even though the founder is not a tech expert. - The local culture in Brazil was toxic due to the attitude of local management, it was common to have employees lying, or purchasing services from their friends but not from the best companies. - If something goes wrong, the management will look for a guilty, even thought the entire company was somehow involved in the mistake.
