Pros

I really enjoyed my job scope as a STEAM Trainer, especially the teaching and hands-on tasks. The colleagues were supportive and kind, and my supervisor was very patient, taking the time to clearly explain things whenever I didn’t understand. I also appreciated that they gave me enough time to learn and adapt to the work. It’s a good company to learn new things, as they provide the latest syllabus and materials to keep up-to-date. The boss is also very nice, as she always checks on us.

Cons

The travel allowance wasn’t provided as expected, even though it was advertised as included (under RM500). Additionally, when there was a shortage of teachers, interns were sometimes asked to cover extra classes in a short time.

Pros

Fun working with energetic interns, supportive team vibes, and a good place to learn programming even without any IT background. I also gained a lot of skills on how to teach effectively. Great for fresh graduates who want quick experience.

Cons

Limited teaching guidance, quite a lot of micromanaging, and no transport allowance even though we travel to multiple schools daily. Salary already includes “transport” but still under RM2400. No medical benefits. After probation, annual leave isn’t given immediately like in corporate settings. Management doesn’t always back employees.
