Cons
The owner (Cyrus Nambakhsh AKA Mohammadsaleh Nambakhsh) doesn't seem to care about his true business goals, and he definitely doesn't care about his employees at all. He is willing to share content against the policies of his own company and ruins his brand identity only for a sharper increase in traffic (so he can get investors to put money into his business), or he publishes those types of content just for a few dollars. This is while his whole team sees the potential of his business (an influencer marketplace), and they try their best to retain its reputation and make it grow on the right path. However, the greatest disadvantage for the employees is a stressful working environment. Cyrus can easily insult men and women who work for him and get away with his extreme use of foul language only because his employees are mainly from Iran and can't sue him in any court of law. There have been numerous cases when he didn't pay his employees as soon as they told him that they were leaving to pursue their careers somewhere else or they were fired. On top of that, he used to have a business partner who was forced out of business as he was robbed on a number of occasions and kept in the dark about some serious decision makings. He just wanted him out because he knew a new investor was stepping forward, and he is not a man who shares.
