Huge knowledge edge for its sales reps. I learned a ton in this job. Pay is pretty good. Chance to promote to Account Executive after a year and earn commissions.

All having to do with the location rather than the company. Ainsworth is great and was the only reason why I stuck so long. But if you are not used to Manhattan’s culture it is rough. Especially if you plan to transition to frontline sales.
