Horribly gossipy and childish, poor management - Anonymous employee Air Liquide Employee Review

Managers were largely incompetent, training was sub-par and very basic. AL didn't bother to ensure that you had the resources (eg IT and products) required to do your duties, even asking for the multiple times. Didn't bother to properly provide details of what you KPIs were, nor the required tools to make your bonus. Was often told that working up to a 10 hour days was to be considered normal for a job that paid 40k a year. The majority of employees, including management were also very clique-y and would gossip about everyone behind their backs.
