Aviation career field, which means it's not your typical 9-5 job and you can work some long hours and on holidays.

Good schedule, Decent pay, Aircraft are old but well maintained. Mostly great people.

Aircraft are well maintained but old. Some disconnect and miscommunication between the main base and secondary base. Late nights and occasional rotten weather.
