No set schedule. Hours reduced at will and are not guaranteed. Management prioritizes money over patient safety. Nurses are bullied and overworked, and licenses are constantly put in jeopardy. Management undermines the healthcare staff's opinions and oversteps when it comes to patient safety. Surgeons' work is based off of their attitude for that day, so bad day for a surgeon equals a bad day for the client. Management caters to patient requests at the expense of patient safety and helathcare guidelines. The only thing that matters is their bottom line which is money. Document everything, and don't speak privately to anyone, make sure someone is around for conversations otherwise words get twisted and skewed. Complete lack of accountability from management, and lack of management in general. Shady business practices when it comes to finances and clients. Nurses blamed for everything.
