Terrible management. They don't listen to people and are slow to act, when they demand the impossible from their employees, time and time again.
Company is trying to do too many things at the same time, instead of focusing on doing one thing right.
Lack of technical leadership. CTO is a "commercial" CTO (whatever that means) that always sides with business part of things, putting insane amount of pressure on the tech part to deliver.
Sub market compensation and benefits, plus no equity plan for employees. All in all, a high pressure startup with non of the startup upside for the employees.
