Great management throughout the company.

Not really any cons at the moment.

Great benefits, including medical, paid time off, work/life balance. Salaries on par with industry. Senior management and HR are concerned with the welfare of staff. Good working relationships between employees. The company give employees opportunities to give back to the community and to socialize outside of work.

There are some office politics, typical of corporate environments, but I’ve experienced worse. Maybe people forget how tough other working environments can be.
