Pros
Guaranteed 40 hours every week. Large group of guys to talk with and share info. Knowledgeable supervisors. The owner John Boyce, but he is now retired and living in another state.
Cons
John Boyce has Retired. Pay below industry standards. Owner has retired and the Company is no longer a local company and has gone corporate and you definitely feel like just a number. Benefits are definitely not as good as other places. Health care is expensive and not very good at all. There is no PTO. You only have 5 vacation days to use for vacation or anything else life throws at you, like if you happen to get sick. I guess at least they offer optional expensive Aflac, so instead of paying 200ish per week for just health insurance you could pay up to 300-400 per week. Definitely wasn’t for me. Did I mention the pay scale is bad. And no additional training and classes offered by the company, as of now.
