Have three day weekends due to a 4 ten hr work day.

Management does not follow through when something is promised. Raises are weak compared to other industry pay.

3 day weekends is the only benefit worthwhile.

Supervision doesn't follow up on employee reviews. No raise in last two years No room for promotion Huge rumor mill Supervision talks about you to other employees and deny it when called out on it. Benefits are horrible When improvements are suggested they are either denied or management takes the credit. If you do get credit for it , it is only afterwards you get ridiculed by email first
