Pros
I have been with Aires for a little over 3 years, and my opinion and appreciation for this company only gets greater as time goes by. I started off in 2016 as a Mobility Specialist and now hold the title of a Associate Team Lead within the Mobility department. The company has already grown immensely in various ways since I first started, and it will only continue to do so. What we do here isn't easy and if you ask anyone within the operations department, you will find that we are a jack of many trades. With this being said, times can be stressful because you will be managing a lot of different aspects within a relocation but you can always rest assured that you will have a great team to back you up and support you. Aires will never put someone in a position to be looked down on if you mess up or need to ask for help. I have never worked for a company before Aires, where a Director or Manager steps in to take some things off of your plate to get you in a better place, and lessen your load. Working with Aires, you not only get to be with great company who truly values their employees and clients, but also the best team by your side.
Cons
With an ever-evolving industry, things do change frequently and that can be both a con and a pro.
