Pros
Benefits are good, salary is decent. Good people in the local branch makes it palatable to stay. Good 401k package . Can't think of anything else but needed more than 20 words
Cons
They lie and constantly manipulate your budget. Claims to promote from within yet always seem to hire from outside the organization with no industry experience. Id keep going but what is the point, management won't bother to do anything.
