Management by "who do you like, who do you know" rather than on real, objective performance and first hand experience of the individual worker. Poorly prepared managers, no coaching for success (rarely, have to be "boss lucky" and your "press" needs to be very positive. First impression was that co-workers do not treat each other well, not supportive--almost mean to each other. Local culture is leader dependent, not aligned with corporate culture.
