Personally in my area, it's great because at rhe time of employment we only had two airlines we had to take care of and I bet it's the same unless they got more cars. Boss was super cool, beyond cool even. Co workers, not so much other than 3 dudes. All you gotta do is drive and wait. There is nothing else. It's so easy most of the time!

Team members can help sometimes and sometimes they cannot and you're going to have to have the social skills to navigate intense conversations with flight attendants and pilots who just don't understand that one delay can ruin an entire day's schedule.
