- Management and PR pretend it is the best studio publicly and on social media. Internally they don't care about their employees. - Management pretend there's no crunch, when the crunching is consistent. They set such absurd time constraints on tasks and pressure artists that "you aren't required to do overtime if you don't want to - but this needs to be finished by tomorrow" - Absurd time logging requirements. You have to log your time spent on anything down to the minute. Helping other people, getting a drink, using the bathroom, taking a break to stretch your legs, all needs to be logged. - When you first arrive at the studio you will be smothered with promises of career opportunities and promises to help you become a better artist. However these are later used against you to push on your insecurities and continuous gaslighting to make you feel grateful you even have a job there. - Upper management known to be very creepy/overly flirtatious with female employees (do not work here if you are a woman). - Upper management will only praise an artist if it makes them look good in the process or fits a current public agenda (women in games). - Management call the artists "ungrateful" when the team raise their concerns about the atmosphere and how they want it to improve. - Gaslighting is rife throughout the team from management. Artists are told they aren't good enough, that they can't meet these (unreasonable) time frames for their tasks. Promised work on a project they like once they finish their current work, to then see the work given to someone else once they finish their task. - Private information said in confidence to managers has been told to other employees in order to create some kind of trust between those people and management. - Blame is squarely placed on the artists when something goes wrong, even if the issue has been raised by said artists previously which management has either downplayed or flat out ignored.
