Cons

The work environment is extremely cut-throat, characterized by a top-down leadership approach where management has the final say often based on arbitrary whims. Making constructive recommendations or pushing back is done at your own risk, as I have seen people fired for these reasons. While not everyone is out to get one another, the culture instills a general undercurrent where everyone feels they must look out for themselves.
