Pros

good product but environment is fu*k*d

Cons

Poor management, toxic culture, no ramp up no training, micro management by manager, manager is biased from day 1, 0 work life balance, intentionally demeaning and keeps asking are you even capable of this job, salary miss match by hr during interview, hr keeps saying during interview ill promote you in 6-7 months but is on contract himself, targets keep changing as per manager’s will no prior discussion, your week is gonna be good or bad apparently depends on manager’s mood, a sane person can become insane after joining the team

Pros

1. Amazing product with strong fit in a handful of verticals 2. Team is top notch, brightest minds in fintech 3. A ton of room to grow, both for individuals and the company on the whole

Cons

1. Leadership is scattered throughout the world and has different priorities 2. Stop chasing the new shiny object and stick with what works and what got us here

Pros

Good comp and lunch provided via forkable.

Cons

Insanely high number of voluntary resignations, poor work/life balance and progress is slowed due to the concentration of key decision makers based in APAC who work with teams within the United States and EMEA.
