The exit package is usually enhanced. Salary is upper quartile for telecoms. Informal Working from Home available to most employees.
Cons
Employees no longer of any value to business as Motorola only bought for existing contracts. Employee Engagement is non existent. Org changes are coming & everyone knows it but no one is admitting to it. Enthusiastic new employees are ground down within first few months.
