Pros
No pros now. Those are the gone days now when talented programmers were hired after 3 rigorous rounds of programming tests and then mentored by deserving seniors. After completing one year, one could easily compete with an average guy having 3 years of experience with same skill sets.
Cons
They ask for bond money ranging anywhere between 70 k to 1 lacks. Bond period is of 2 years. Salaries are delayed by at least 2 weeks. Any company policy can be changed at any point of time. One can be fired at any point of time (without proper reasons, in most of the cases). Upper management is clueless(for the worsening condition of company), aimless(no vision) and worthless(management is full of undeserving persons). Things like work culture and hygiene does not exist(40 minutes lunch break with having NO in-house caterer; creative minds like Developers and Graphic designers are treated as factory labors; 2 stinky bathrooms whose doors does not lock properly from inside, for 70+ employees). Their main vendor has been seized by Google Play Store on account of malpractices.
