Pros
Good CEO and awesome products. They have very strong technical teams. Technically inclined filled with rock stars! People are willing to help when needed. Alot of self service help you can get.
Cons
Horrendous regional leadership. Political culture. Not professional moving forward with policies and strategies. HR was not professional enough to help with human resourced related issues. Very dissatisfied with their way of handling the issue. Did not know that their handling of issues meant relaying messages from one person to another and assume then jump to conclusions.
