      Work isn't to hard, and hours are consistent.

      Cons

      if you know a little it can be very underwhelming and it will be dull. May have to buy your own items or bring in personal items to complete work.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
