      Working on Akimbo Creations' new P2P technology was hugely exciting and the most ambitious project I've ever had the joy to work on.

      Company culture and management will promote, and sometimes explicitly require, periods of unpaid overtime.

      You can try different fields of game programming. Cool colleagues, really helpful.

      Not so good payment. Bad management on game design and funding. Can not get along with boss easily.
