Average pay. Great group of peers. Several networking opportunities. International company offers several opportunities to travel for some positions.
Cons
Lack of follow through by site management. Very little employee development. Goals and objective are rarely tracked throughout the year. Raises are awarded as a blanket percentage except for a select few.
