The company is made of great people that wants to do the best for the company and to deliver and exceed the required results. Leadership is trying to take the company to the next level of organization with a painful and long structural reorganization for the past 8 years. Although it has claimed many jobs and changed ways of working, it is a necessary change, and the company will be better in the next few years hopefully reclaiming the title of the biggest in the segment
Cons
The business areas are a getting hammered with new processes on all sides from the support functions, which shifts the focus of those people from making and selling paints and coatings to dealing with internal processes that are sometimes long and remove the ability to react swiftly to problems and market changes.
