      Do Massive projects, long time job security and payments on time. salary and other benefits and have proper rules and regulations.

      Cons

      Not very likely to spend on software that makes employees life easy and work free of mistakes. top level managers are not responsible for any kind of loss, middle-level employees need to very alert, required expertise into their work.
