      Managers do not communicate with staff effectively, low pay for physically and emotionally taxing work, care more about the money than the animals, expanding office space for higher up employees instead of expanding over crowded animal kennels.

      Pros

      Great helpful staff. I worked as a volunteer remodeling a room and they helped me whenever it was necessary. The head lady in charge was very specific with her demands and it helped us complete the job in an efficient manor.

      Cons

      A little bit disorganized . Unfortunately with a lot of work to do around the facility some cleaning has been disregarded.
