Cons
This was possibly the worst place I have ever worked. The culture is toxic and the turnover at the junior end is astounding. The CEO seems to "ask people to leave" based on nothing other than personal preferance (if you are female). The more senior staff seem to be able to speak to the junior staff in any way they want, including saying critical and nasty comments in front of them. The fact this company has not been sued by a former employee for bullying is amazing. The company gloats that it is "full of ex-spies" and acts like you are doing secretive work. It is effectively extensive googling. The staff aren't even properly trained in Open source intelligence. The whole thing is a farce. STAY AWAY!
