Hires freshers with easy interviews Many products/ sub products are there in company Less team members in each project/product

Cons

Only hires freshers, and expect you to leave the company within 3 years. Have to learn everything ourselves Sometime we will be clueless whom to contact, as there are many internal projects No WFH option No other perks than just mediocre salary
