Overly competitive for commission status only, Sales info is shared among co workers which I've never seen and creates animosity when made public in the office with comments about needing to step up. Managerial changes were being made to fast and with no communication, just memos when the person was starting. Creating a hide the information environment. When changes were made there were lots of information discussions with those who it would effect but no official team communication and planning of "moving Forward"
