Good benefits, cruise discounts, employee stock purchase plans, and tour discounts.
Cons
May not apply to all locations but I found the office environment to be clique-y and unwelcoming, and management is held to certain hourly requirements (10 hr days in the summer) even though we are not getting overtime pay and may not have enough to do during the work day to justify staying that long.
