      Very little pay for the amount of work. Sometimes you have over 30 patients to take care of.

      Very mission driven with emphasis on the patient experience. Sincere understanding of the difficulties that go with the work. Job satisfaction knowing you are impacting your community on a broader scale. Diverse workforce with emphasis on respect for all.

      Cons

      Can be lower paying for positions but is consistent with a not for profit. Staffing.

      The pay is pretty good. Benefits are great if you stay within the AMHS system

      Cons

      Stressful. Made to feel bad about using time you have earned. Sometimes you feel like you are on an island alone and its sinking.
