- You come, and they train you fully. You just need to speak English, have reasonable capacity to think and use basic office tools such as MS Office - If you work hard, you can get pretty decent commission checks - You will be headhunted for very good jobs in other companies if you do a good job. I view this as a platform that helped me get started. Looking back after a few years, I am quite grateful to these guys for the training and how hard it was working there because ultimately I came out sharper and more knowledgeable.

- Extremely rigid overall structure, and you don't have room to innovate or try new things. Do what you're told and don't deviate from it. Not very encouraging and makes you feel like an ant in a colony.
