Pros
They don't have very many pros but the good part is that they have decent insurance options. Their 401k program is pretty good as well with a partial matching rate.
Cons
When changes to systems are being made corporate people show up and half the time they don't even know what they are doing. They also go into the stores way too many times which makes everyone stress out. There is no consistency on lead and corporate visits and they expect the employees to all be there when they are already on overtime. Even though they have been cutting hours in every single store to compensate for all of the corporate people they don't need. For the work that some people (ex. managers and assistant managers) put in they aren't compensated enough in my opinion to do as much as they do.
