Lack of Communication and Best Practices - Sales Associate Albion Fit Employee Review

This is a very difficult company to work for. There is a huge lack of communication. I was hired on at a set pay rate given to me through a verbal contract, and after receiving my first paycheck they switched this pay rate without my knowing. This also happened to a few of the other girls that were hired at the same time that I was. I also noticed there is a lack of structure, especially in pay and best practices for store employees. The scheduling is not as flexible as they advertise.
