Earlier, the company had a positive environment and good growth. Some talented and supportive teammates. Flexible work timings (depends on the project).

After the partners split, politics and favoritism increased a lot. Non-technical management — lacks understanding of tech challenges. No clear vision or transparency from leadership. Poor communication between teams and higher management. Career growth opportunities have dropped significantly. Decisions are often biased rather than performance-based.

Anniversary celebration, office trip(not good though) most time travelling, salary on time

Shadow working, not at all flexible environment, PMs cancel leaves because of their mistakes of not giving proper milestone to client. PMs are not capable of handling projects efficiently. Promise things that are not capable. You can only rely on their assumptions. Increment not good. Requirements not clear even to PMs and company stakeholders. PMs assume and give work. No proper documentation for work. Only shadow working, No client communication. NO GROWTH. higher management only take client calls and provide work. Very bad
