Weekly pay and above minimum wage

Honestly everything! Young staff are thrown into the deep end with clients, no regular schedules for carers or clients. Concerns from both carers and clients are just ignored. Office staff do not care about your problems, you are often overworked and it is very difficult to get any time off. Office have a revolving door of staff and they are all terrible, it is always a ‘I will get to it later’ even after calling up 5+ times about issues. Clients often have strangers for staff and don’t know who will be in attendance until minutes before the shift begins. Please do not work here, the only people who are grateful and support are the clients. The office will not be on your side or at all understanding!

Good training when starting and different hours available

Pay is bare minimum for home care and travel 50-100 miles a day not paid for, no progression like advertised
