Pros
Good working conditions in the office. Flexible timing….. But on requirement we may have to work for long hours. Good amount of support from management whenever it is necessary. Provides good amount of salary in the industry.
Cons
Working 6 days a week except on 2nd Saturdays. Slow growth after a while in the company.
