BEWARE---Not a Good Company - Anonymous employee Alcon Employee Review

Politics. They discriminate against former Ciba employees who were merged into Alcon. Not a good work environment since Ciba merger into Alcon. Don't know what those Nazis at Novartis were thinking when they merged Ciba into Alcon, but the result SUCKS. Alcon forced many field employees to work in the Ft. Worth headquarters, and those folks are NOT happy. They are very miserable and most really hate the Alcon culture and only continue to work there for the money. (Considering that the job market continues to struggle.)
