      Pros

      good pay and work life balance. Nice opportunity for "diverse candidates" who are "yes" men and women.

      Cons

      big pharma is a mess, leadership is a joke. Alcon used to welcome diverse opinions, but not anymore.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
