      good benefits: 401 k match, health insurance competitive salary: above avergae compared to other pharma/med device companies TX has lower cost of living

      Cons

      lack of career opportunities due to hierachy system. Promotions are scarce. Environment is bureacratic. Employee morale is at an all time low Too many silos
