Additional perks like free contact lens supply (for full time employee + eligible dependent) every year, discounts for LASIK surgeries or cataract surgeries when selecting Alcon surgical instrument or implant products.

      Cons

      Slow paced and long product development cycle. Challenging for young people to get promoted.
