The only good thing is, Friday work till 4pm only. But depend on your peak period.
Cons
Poor leadership. Very unprofessional ethics. Love to give staff stress (assign outside scope work). No standardization in tasks. Too micromanage. Very inflexible esp giving staff wfh. Poor bonding between team. Management - benefit so so. No OT for closing period. But no plan on simplify work.
