      the benefits are pretty good. There is a lot of change happening throughout the company.

      Cons

      The people are immature and hired in from knowing someone and progressed. No real talent, but cumbersome systems and people who learned on the job.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.
